Maxar Intelligence Leadership

Susanne Hake joined Maxar in October 2023 as the General Manager of Maxar Intelligence’s U.S. Government business.

Prior to joining Maxar Intelligence, Susanne was the Senior Vice President for Strategic Technology Programs at Palantir. At Palantir she established the company's integrated hardware software business, developing new products and expanding into new markets through innovative platform-based technology solutions. She led business development teams across the U.S. government portfolio including civil, health, defense and intelligence customers. Prior to Palantir, she worked at Booz Allen Hamilton doing consulting projects across intelligence community agencies. She also worked at the National Security Council in the Office of Near East and North Africa Affairs.

Susanne holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Duke University and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Anders Linder joined Maxar Intelligence as General Manager of the International Government Division in October 2023.

Previously, Anders served as Executive Vice President for the Satellite Division at Beyond Gravity, a Switzerland-based supplier to satellite primes around the globe. He joined Beyond Gravity (then RUAG Space) in 2018, as Senior Vice president and head of Product Group Electronics.

Prior to Beyond Gravity, Anders worked at the Saab defense group as Vice President and Head of Business Unit Surface Radars from 2013 through 2018, and from 2009 through 2013 as Vice President and Deputy Head of Marketing & Sales for all Electronic Defense systems of the Saab group. Earlier roles include leading Marketing & Sales for National Security and Public Safety segment in the Ericsson telecom group, heading up Product Unit GSM Pro Server in the same company, as well as different roles in Product and R&D management in the ABB Automation company.

Anders holds a Master of Science in automation engineering from the Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden, including studies at Université de Technologie de Compiègne in France.

Paul Granito was appointed General Manager of Enterprise at Maxar Intelligence in September 2023. Previously, he had been serving as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Intelligence, prior to the restructuring of Maxar into two separate businesses.  

Paul originally joined Maxar through DigitalGlobe in 2015 as the Vice President of Sales for Americas and was named Vice President of Global Sales in 2018. In 2019 he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Success.   

Paul came to DigitalGlobe from IBM where he was the Vice President of Smarter Cities for Software Group, which included IBM’s Counter Terrorism, Financial Fraud, Social Services and Urban Infrastructure solutions. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Sales for IBM Software Group’s Business Partner Ecosystem. Before IBM, Paul was the Canadian Country Manager for Candle Corporation where he worked for more than seven years.   

Paul has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut. 

Randy Rehovich serves as General Manager of USG Services at Maxar Intelligence. Previously, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Public Sector business segment at Maxar Technologies.

He joined Maxar seven years ago when the company, then DigitalGlobe, acquired the private equity-held Radiant Group where he’d been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

In his 30-plus year career, he has served in executive positions for both publicly traded and private equity-held corporations. He has led and supported several successful exits for private equity and ESOP owned companies during that time. His industry experience also includes executive level financial and profit and loss positions at Intelligent Waves, L-1 Identity Solutions, BAE Systems, and USIS.

He was an original member of the Board of Directors for Warrior’s Ethos, a not-for profit organization that supports service members and their families as they transition out of military service.

Randy earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed the Executive Development program at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

Scott Herman has been the Chief Product Officer at Maxar Intelligence since August 2023. He has decades of experience in satellite remote sensing, geospatial analytics, and national security.  Scott is an expert in building, deploying, and operating intelligence systems both in the classified sector and commercial side of Earth observation.   

He previously worked at Maxar from 2009 to 2014 as VP, Platform Development, first at GeoEye and then DigitalGlobe, prior to the company becoming Maxar in 2017. He went on to help build BlackSky and held several roles in his tenure, including Chief Technology Officer, Chief Solutions Architect, and VP of Platform/Analytics Development.  He most recently served as CEO of Cognitive Space, a startup applying AI to Satellite Operations.  He started his career as a software engineer working on multi-source data fusion applications. 

Scott is also a strategic adviser supporting startups and venture funds in the industry. Scott is a passionate New Space, Small Satellite, Remote Sensing, AI/ML/CV Analytics, Agile Development, Lean Startup, and Cloud Computing evangelist.   

He was a computer science and political science major at the University of Maryland and received his master’s in IT program management from George Washington University.  

Arvind Srinivasan joined Maxar Intelligence as the Chief Technology Officer in January 2024. He has decades of experience delivering first-to-market digital platforms and products that have impacted billions of consumers daily, including some of the world’s best-known geospatial platforms.

Prior to Maxar, Arvind was a Senior Director of Engineering at Meta, where led the engineering teams responsible for encryption, trust, safety and data privacy features of the Facebook Messenger and Instagram direct messaging platforms. Prior to that, he served as Director of Engineering at Apple for the company’s Cloud Infrastructure business. There, Arvind led efforts to modernize the unit’s software infrastructure to reduce costs, enable innovation and deliver near-perfect services availability.

He previously spent more than 13 years at Google, where he oversaw the commercialization of the Google Maps Engine cloud platform and led engineering for the Google Earth enterprise platform, responsible for the global serving infrastructure and underlying imagery and 3D model. He also led the development of one of the world’s largest deep-learning conversational AI modeling, training and deployment platforms for Google Assistant; spearheaded the development of YouTube’s flagship product YouTube Go; and drove technical efforts to redesign Google News and integrated it into Google search.

Arvind received a PhD in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds nine patents.

Jeff Robertson is the Chief Operations Officer for Maxar Intelligence. His responsibilities include Satellite Operations, Ground Engineering and Operations, and Geospatial Product Production. He also leads the IT, Facilities, Cyber Security, Data Intelligence and Procurement organizations, He served in the same role for Maxar Technologies until the business split into two entities in September 2023. 

He previously held the role of Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Risk Officer at DigitalGlobe, which became Maxar in 2017. Before joining Maxar, Jeff was the Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at ADT Security Services. His prior experience includes internet product and services startups, large program portfolio management, and he spent 10 years at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) leading finance and performance management innovation for customers. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University. 

Anat Gan Eden is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Maxar Intelligence. In her role, Anat oversees all global human resources functions including benefits and compensation, human resources systems, recruiting, leadership development, all companywide culture initiatives to promote collaboration, innovation and execution across the business. Her focus is creating a high- performing culture through a unique and compelling employee experience and industry-leading employee engagement.  

Before joining Maxar, Anat served as the Chief People Officer for Verra Mobility, a global smart transportation company.  In this position, she successfully developed and implemented organizational plans to scale the company globally through both organic and inorganic growth, elevating talent and taking the company public through a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC).  Prior to joining Verra Mobility, Anat served as Vice President of Human Resources at TOMS. At TOMS, Anat led all critical HR functions and strategies including Talent Management, Culture/Employee Engagement and Learning & Development. Preceding TOMS, Anat held HR leadership positions at Direct TV, NBC Universal and General Electric.  

Anat holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Washington and a master’s degree in organizational social psychology from Columbia University. 

Mike Mohn joined Maxar in July 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. Mike has extensive experience as a strategic finance leader and business partner working for a range of companies in aerospace, defense and tech.

His most recent role was as CFO of Pivotal Commware, a telecommunications equipment provider based in the Seattle area. Previously he was SVP of Sales and Services Finance at Cisco, VP/CFO of Raytheon’s Space and Airborne Systems’ Information and Services business as well as CFO of Honeywell Aerospace’s Military Aircraft division.

Mike has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from the University of South Florida.

Will Cocos joined Maxar Intelligence as Chief Transformation Officer in August 2023. He is responsible for leading the development and execution of Maxar’s value creation plan. Previously Will served as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Marketing at Comar, a private equity-owned manufacturer of pharmaceutical and medical device components.

At Comar, Will was responsible for leading strategy development and execution, mergers and acquisitions, marketing, product management and supply chain. Prior to joining Comar, Will was a partner at the Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on leading large-scale transformations of Fortune 500 companies in the engineered products space. Will also served as an officer in the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams and is a combat veteran of the Afghanistan and Iraq wars.

Will holds a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering with distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy, a master’s degree in systems engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a master’s degree in biomedical engineering with bioinformatics concentration from Drexel University. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Laurie Korneffel is General Counsel of Maxar Intelligence, a role she’s held since October 2023. Laurie joined Maxar Technologies in 2018, serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. In addition to her responsibilities as General Counsel, Laurie leads Maxar Intelligence’s Compliance, Security and ESG functions, and serves as President and Director of the Maxar Foundation.

Previously, Laurie worked at CenturyLink Inc. (now Lumen Technologies, Inc.), a Fortune 250 company, for nearly 20 years, where she was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. There, Laurie led the company’s litigation, intellectual property, employment, antitrust, and consumer practices areas, as well as the Law Department’s administrative operations. She also was the executive sponsor of the Law Department’s award-winning pro bono and diversity programs. She started her legal career in private practice—first as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis and later as a partner at Perkins Coie. She is a current member, and former Chair, of the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver, Inc.
